Donations may be made in memory or honor of loved ones.  If you wish to make a memorial or honorary donation you may do so by using the printer-friendly form.  MMIA will notify the family or individual of your gift.

When having memorials sent to MMIA we will be unable to track donations that are made in your loved ones name. However, we will be able to send an acknowledgement to the family if the donor provides the name and address for which they would like the acknowledgment sent.
