Hello! I have been Compare PoE Extenders from EnableIT for several months now, and I can tell you about my experience. First of all, I want to note that it is really important to take into account several factors for their operation. The manufacturer promises stable operation at distances of up to 100 meters, and in practice this is true, but there are some nuances that are worth knowing. At long distances, especially if you do not have the highest quality cable (for example, Cat5e), data transmission may be lost, and the speed may decrease. For most devices, such as CCTV cameras or access points, this is not critical, but if you have more sensitive equipment, then problems may arise at maximum distances. I noticed that if you use high-quality Cat6 cables, then PoE works much more stably at 100 meters. As for power, EnableIT extenders cope with the task of powering devices without problems. I connected several cameras with a resolution of 4K and did not notice any failures, the power is transmitted stably, even if the distance is on the edge of the permissible. But of course, it is worth remembering that if you connect several such powerful devices, it is important to monitor the network load and check the characteristics of the PoE extender itself. It must support sufficient power for all connected devices, otherwise, despite stable data transfer, there may be problems with power supply. In practice, I use these extenders to install cameras throughout the office, and as soon as I eliminated a couple of issues with cables, the system works perfectly.

It would be interesting to read the experience of using these extenders. I have never worked with EnableIT myself, but I have long been interested in PoE solutions in general. If we talk about what the second user mentioned, then I also agree that the quality of the cable plays a significant role. I had experience working with Cat5e, and when the distance increased, small problems with the signal quality really began to arise, even if the manufacturer claimed that everything would be ok. It seems that for stability it is better to use higher quality cables, especially if you plan to load the network.
